At 504 Athletics, we’ve designed our tumbling program to support athletes at every stage of their journey.


Our Recreational Tumbling Program is open to athletes ages 5 to 19 and focuses on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and skill progression in a positive environment. With 3 different classes offered each week across 5 different skill levels, we make sure every athlete is placed in the class that best fits their ability—so they can grow safely and successfully.


Each class is 60 minutes long and is $79.99 per month.


All programs at 504 Athletics require a $99 annual registration and program fee, which is billed once every 12 months.

Rec/Beginner Tumbling

✨ Beginner Tumbling Program

Class Length: 60 Minutes
 Ages: 5–19 Years Old

At 504 Athletics, our Beginner Tumbling Program is where athletes begin building the discipline, strength, and technique required for elite-level performance. No prior experience is necessary—just a commitment to grow.

💜 Intro to Beginner

This class is designed for athletes new to tumbling and focuses on developing a strong technical foundation. Athletes will train in:

  • Forward rolls
  • Headstands
  • Handstands
  • Cartwheels
  • Core strength and body control

Athletes may enroll in this class at any time. This level sets the standard for proper technique and progression within our program.

💪 Advanced Beginner

Athletes who demonstrate strength, control, and consistency will be advanced by instructor recommendation into Advanced Beginner.

This level focuses on refining fundamentals while introducing more advanced foundational skills, including:

  • Precision in cartwheels and handstands
  • Backward rolls
  • Standing back bends
  • Increased flexibility and control

➡️ Placement is by evaluation only.
Athletes must receive instructor approval and complete a Tumbling Evaluation prior to enrollment.
