Our All Star Elite Program represents the pinnacle of commitment, performance, and competitive excellence at 504 Athletics. Designed for dedicated athletes who aspire to train, compete, and perform at the elite level, this program blends advanced skill development with team unity and mental toughness.
Training Schedule & Season Timeline ๐๏ธ
- Season Window: June through April
- Competition Exposure: Up to 10 competitions, including 2–3 travel events
- June–December (Foundation Phase):
- Twice per week, 2 hours per practice โ
- 1 additional hour of tumbling instruction weekly ๐
- Total weekly commitment: ~5 -7 hours
- January–April (Intensification Phase):
- Added third practice day (2 additional hours per week) โ
- Total weekly commitment: ~10-12 hours
- This elevated schedule sharpens elite tumbling, stunting, and performance skills while building endurance and consistency for national-level success.

ALL STAR PREP
All Star Prep offers a lower-price pathway for athletes who want to level up without entering the All Star Elite tier. Prep 1.1 is designed for athletes who are just starting to perform a back walkover and are ready for a focused, progressive experience.

- Travel: Local events only (no travel required)
